genimage for rh/sles/fedora assumes all the packages are local, or
mounted.

Subject: [xcat-user] How to get genimage to know about repositories
like EPEL?
Is there a way to include packages (like torque-client) that are in the
EPEL repository when generating a stateless image with genimage? I see
that there is "otherpkgs" that allows us to create our own repos but it
looks like I'd need to sync the EPEL repo locally in order to do this.
