Siddharth,
1. Do you see any errors when you issue "rpower vm1 on" ? Anything
interesting in /var/log/xcat/computes.log or /var/log/xcat/cluster.log ?
2. Have you tried "rpower vm1 boot" instead of "rpower vm1 on" ?
3. Is the failure consistent ? If you issue "rpower vm1 on" second time,
does it fail again ?
4. Are you creating diskless or diskfull VMs ?

Subject: [xcat-user] Vm doesnt turn on
Hi Team,
I have made a shell script to automate the number of vm I can spin up. I
have a weird issue, say Increate 2 vms, when I do "rpower vm1 on" it
doesnt turn on at all, whereas "rpower vm2 on" does turn on. The same
happens if I create 3 vms, except the last one, rest none of them turn on.
What could be the issue ?
