It's not your config issue, gocon didn't support "cons=cyclades", u may
have to switch back to conserver.
what kind of switch is this? we don't have one in our test system, will
be hard to add this support to goconserver.
if you know how to get to console for the switch, you can try create cons
for cyclades file here: /opt/xcat/share/xcat/cons/cyclades
