So from the logs, it seems that there were ?3? replies from three different DHCP servers? There should only be one. The makedhcp -d command should be run to delete the MAC->IP mapping on the XX.XX.X.XXX host, if that is the production server. It looks like you got rid of the MAC address from the JJ.JJ.J.JJJ server only.
