It may be time to update mknb.pm to not use elilo anymore (I assume xCAT genesis has moved to RHEL7 across the board).
Looks like xnba hardcodes elilo call, but for kernels and ipxe in the last 6 years or so, elilo is not needed. See xnba.pm history to see how it generates direct-to-kernel boot files if efistub detected.
