Now worries, I know ho stressful tape-outs can be.
Just give a shout when your ready again. I found some minor mistakes. When you 
are ready I can send you the latest version of the patch again.
As for the changes: I took great care that without the --with-cairo nothing 
should have changed. I put all my additions in between #ifdef HAVE_CAIRO 
conditionals.
