If you find a way to turn it off but you still want the effect, try my Pointer 
Noodge product. You can download a 30-day free trial at 
<http://pfiddlesoft.com/pfiddles/index.html>. I first implemented the 
shake-the-mouse feature in 2011, five years before Apple got around to it.
