Define what "broken" means to you. I used it a bunch today, and by that, I doubled clicked on a method or property name, selected refactor, renamed it and the refactorer looked up all the places where the method or property was used, showed me where they were to be replaced and any warnings. When I OKed the dialog, the properties and methods were refactored.
