I don't see any refactor option for classes if I select the class name after an 
@interface, or @implementation.

BUT, ONLY if the editor is set to the Version editor.

If I turn the Assistant editor on, just use the Standard editor, I'm able to 
refactor the class name.

I have noticed a lovely new "feature" (aka bug) where when refactoring you'll 
see "No Files" in the left hand pane as of 7.0.  Now, you need to select the 
file from the top middle button.

Does that work for you?
