Last time i had severe autocompletion performance issues i had some really 
weird header search paths. It only seemed to be an issue in Swift code but it 
would take a few seconds to show the completions

Now if it gets slow I quit and relaunch Xcode. Seems to have a memory leak that 
i just attribute to plugin(s).
