Hi,

It wasn’t an issue in XCode 3 because there was a preference that opened all 
files in a new window. In XCode 3 Windows also remembered their position and 
size too. 

To be honest XCode 4 is the worst Development System I have used on any 
platform ever and I’ve been using them since the 1970s! I’m embarrassed when 
working with Windows developers when they see it!
