[xcpu] ./mk-initramfs-oneSIS ... fails

Hello again,

The instructions at http://xcpu.org/man.html say to run a command
something like this:

./mk-initramfs-oneSIS -f initrd-$u.img $u -nn -rr -o ../overlays/xcpu-32 -w 
e100 -w 3c59x -w ext3

This fails because ../overlays/xcpu-32 does not exist.  Where do I
get it?
