Quick answer: I have no idea. Here is the confusing long answer: In February 2010, I sent an email to h...@onlinecontest.org asking exactly that. Hannes Niesslbeck replied, but did not answer that question. He did not confirm it, neither did he deny it. Instead, he asked me to pay 245 EUR to allow XCSoar to be validated. After a few more emails, I gave up, because he just wouldn't answer that simple yes/no question. Other people say XCSoar validates fine. I think I saw a few flights recorded with XCSoar.
