It seems to me, and this is just an observation based on my experience, that it is no longer valid with the newer releases. I had no problems last year when I used it because my data logger had a problem validating(the Cambridge 302 memory wrap around problem). But with the newer versions no luck. Seems to me once approval was given the OLC should stick to their guns.
