I've been trying to use version 6.0a this weekend, but only succeeded on one 
flight due to a combination of Bluetooth connection problems and hangs (I've 
filed bugs for these).

I'm doing that.   I've filed a bug for this.  Do let me know if I can help 
debug this.  I don't run Windows, so I suspect I can't compile and debug the 
actual application, though - sorry!
