Hi Luke,

there are three things we are working on.

1) Scott is trying to get the old terrain gen running on our current server www.xcsoar.org
2) Daniel is trying to get the new map gen running with OpenStreetMap data
3) As soon as Daniel has succeeded we will be able to generate more maps with OSM data for the Download section

Hi,
Great new interface!. One question though - what are the options if there is no available maps for an area. For instance, Central QLD Australia. With the old site i was able to enter coordinates and get a map generated. With the new one it seems like only pre-generated maps are available - which wouldn't be an problem if all sites were covered.
Perhaps i'm just missing part of the process?
Cheers
Luke

    Hello

Is there any change in the topology over 60 degrees absolute?
    Guess not,
    but just asking... ;)
