Hi Bernd I've managed it with this little tool http://www.eterlogic.com/Products.VSPE.html Just create two connected virtual serial ports, connect Condor to the first and XCSoar to the other one.
However I would suggest using XCSoar on a different PDA/PC instead since you need to change the focus if you want to control XCSoar while flying. As far as I experienced, joystick input is also temporarily disabled when the focus is changed from Condor to another application.
