Did you configure the input device as "Condor"? What is your "external wind" setting in the system configuration? Configure wind in Condor, enable "raw logger" in XCSoar (config menu), wait till you see the wind in XCSoar. Now quit XCSoar. Go to your XCSoarData directory, grab the file "xcsoar-nmea.log" and send it to me via email, and specify your Condor wind settings. I will then compare.
