I think that when you establish a bluetooth connection with the serial
profile, windows creates a com port for that connection. Have a look in
device manager - com ports. There is software such as GpsGate
http://gpsgate.com that can help with doing some things like com port
mirroring over tcp etc.

I don't believe there is any functionality in XCSoar yet for being able to
recieve GPS information over TCP/IP. I did submit a ticket a few months ago
(669) so it might be in the pipe.

As a side note to any dev's that might be interested in implementing this,
in order to try and make it compatible with other apps, the GPSd project
might be of assistance.
