Actually, that's the way that I am trying to configure. However in
Windows I can only create an incoming port. I cannot create an
outgoing port because therefore I need to select which device should
be able to access the port. The list from where I can choose the
device is empty in my case, even though the phone is paired and
connected. I figured that the reason was the phone not advertising SPP
capabilities.

Any other ideas?
