LX Nav support just indicated to me that the 166 takes MC setting commands, as 
well as Bugs and Wing Loading, and Volume, but not QNH.  They also told me that 
they've adapted LK8000 to work with their 1606 system (on their Mini Map).  If 
they contributed their code back (or even if we can get it from them under 
GPL), adding full support should be easy enough.  If I end up buying one of 
these devices, I would of course write or port the necessary code.
