This has been a mistake in the build; version 6.2.3c is on the Market
and available for anonymous download here:

http://max.kellermann.name/download/xcsoar/releases/6.2.3/ANDROID/XCSoar-6.2.3c.apk

I'm not sure if we have copied it over to download.xcsoar.org yet.
