Hi,
on Saturday, by chance, I got into air with only 6.3 alpha version of
XCSoar installed in my mobile phone (Galaxy S2). (Installation in my
Streak was broken.)
I needed to suspend XCSoar and use the phone a couple of times. XCSoar
never survived the suspend-resume and always started form scratch. Brief
testing on the ground didn't have this crash, so I can't reproduce it or do
a proper report.
Instead I requested automatic crash reports:

No idea how difficult that technically is.

It surprising to me that they are not more popular. Anyway, please don't
