I personally think the best way would be for a volunteer to review the tickets,
and could keep a page on the site up to date of Known Issues.
We used to do that on the old Wiki - crowd sourced.
There are other more automatic ways - like ticket voting etc, but I think a
manual review would be ideal. That person can also then help classify the
tickets (how critical, right area, which version).
And they don't need to be a developer - good way to help / contribute without
developing.
