I think that was about feature requests.

For feature requests, this is true, because no feature request is
urgent.  Those who take the (free) time to work on a feature request
are the ones to decide about the priority.  That's why I asked you to
convince somebody to implement a request - no matter if old developer
or new developer recruited by you.  That's how XCSoar works: a
developer anywhere on the world works on something and sends the code
to me.

For bug reports, let me clarify: you are welcome to check the bug
tracker for important or unimportant reports and adjust the priority.
