This issue is keep creeping up and who knows how many users got stuck as a 
result or unzipped the files into the xcsoardata directory with some strange 
results.
I thought this was already corrected, but if there is truly no way to fix that, 
at least we should have a comment near the link clarifying to save it as xcm. 
You may be surprised, but Internet explorer is still quiet popular ;)
