I have recently installed xc soar 6.4 on my Samsung Galaxy S3 phone and have
noticed that when the app is not active the battery usage monitor is showing xc
soar using 15% of the battery consumpsion - this is after the battery has been
recharged and xc soar not used.
Setting a "force stop" from appliction manager has no effect and the app is not
show as active in task manager.
What is the reason for this?
