V3.10 bootloader (for IOIO V1) was found to be broken. IOIO-OTG users running V4.x device bootloader are not affected. I have removed V3.10 from the Downloads page. There is nothing wrong with V3.06 bootloader, just keep using this one. You can (and probably should) upgrade your app firmware to V3.30 regardless. I have found and fixed the bug and pushed to GitHub, but currently see no good reason to make a release for it.
