It is toggled automatically when XCSoar detects circling. But this does not 
mean that it is always what you want it to do. If you circle in ridge lift or 
wave it will confuse you. Or if  XCSoar misscalculate the wind. Trying to work 
weak wavelet and retain position with this feature is impossible. Hence the 
need to be able to turn it on or off easily.
