No, not at all. One might want to have two X sessions running (example: if you want to test another window manager) or being logged in a linux virtual terminal. In fact, back in time, I spent a lot of time trying to create custom .xinit .profile and others script that would just let me use the same bus in every session I created ... but that didn't work.
