"Content-Type" is essentially a synonym for "MIME type" in email and
HTTP. Using it in a much more restricted sense here seems confusing.
Maybe "Volume Content Type"? (I'm assuming we can't get rid of the
"x-content/" at this point, and so there's an argument for keeping
"content" in the name.)
