Changed package choosing logic and added new nested element for ejbdoclet.
See build.xml in samples folder for details and how to use it (no docs yet).
Remember there's no "ejb, beans" -> "interfaces" hard coded setting in XDoclet code,
the only way to specify it is via the new nested element.
