I dont see the motivation for this.  Essentially its a case of supporting
one more dtd yes?  With Aslak's work on XGG this should be a piece of
cake...

If there's a good reason for why we shouldn't support ejb1.x I'm happy to
hear it, I just cant think of it.  Also - I'd much rather support one
version than two...
