Completly agree with Vincent. XML is a big overhead to supposed lightweight entity beans. It takes time to create, to parse and to make developers understand it. XML is a good thing but it's not panacea, people. However, we could add extra methods to the generated CMP class that construct this kind of dynamic value object.
