Hi,

I have exactly the same need as you do. I have some basic understanding on
the xdoclet jdo code and should be able to make a patch. Let's do it
together if you have interested.

I agree that a generic way as proposed by Michael should be one of the
option. I wonder the validation can also be implemented using the generic
method. if we can do so, then there is no need for seperated triactive,
solarmetric... modules.
