The ejb name. Try jbosscmp-load-Customer.xml instead of CustomerBean
and see if that works. Also, you have remembered to locate it in the
same package/subdirectory below the mergedir as the class itself,
haven't you?

No idea, since I don't use jboss myself. What do the docs say? Failing
that, look in the DTD to find where it should appear, then check the
relevant bit of the template to see what's there. If there's a merge
point or @tag for it which isn't documented, raise a bug report.
