Thanks a lot! Is there a way to add -Xmx512m in build.xml rather than ant.bat? I know java, javac, etc. has jvmarg tag, but couldn't find one for <ejbdoclet...>

The standard way that you'd use to increment memory for any java
program. Just pass -Xmx512m (or more or less) to your VM. Running from
Ant you can do this in a number of ways. One is to do SET
ANT_OPTS=-Xmx512m. Check your JDK docs for further detail.
