I increase heap size to 1600m, but still got java.lang.OutOfMemoryError, after more beans added to the run. I have 100+ beans. Does anyone have the same experience with xdoclet?

No. This is something you tell your JVM to do, not your java program.
Has to be done before you launch java. ant/build.xml/ejbdoclet/xdoclet
is too late. Java (the JVM) is already running by then ;-)
