NO binaries were actually released, but it shall be
buildable from source. 

1. You checkout everything ( module is called
xdoclet-all, instructions on respective sourceforge
page ) - subdirectories are xdoclet, xjavadoc ,
xdoclet-gui 

2. Start your build from xdoclet-all/xdoclet
( it will build xjavadoc too )

3. Build xdoclet gui. YOu may need some shell
script

No. It will use maven automatically to create
documentation though. BUt build is ant.
