This has not existed last year ( and while I still use xdoclet gui occasionally, I'm working with an older version which is built into jEdit plugin. And I do not touch working system :) ) . The person which know anything about xjavadoc is Aslak Hellesoy ( o is ø actually ) , but he is busy with picocontainer / xdoclet 2 / qdox / middlegen / nanoweb and god knows what....
