I have been trying to get assistance with a bug in convirtu, but it is impossible to do so:
I signed up for the forums at http://www.convirture.com/forums/ (which took forever because the captcha is impossible to read, took literally 37 tries to finally signup). I received confirmation email, and now waiting on forum admin to approve. This was last month... I almost had my employer sold on this software, ready to buy it, and it is falling apart since it is impossible to get any support with a software bug with your available support options. What am I missing?
