Well, then you need to replace #ifdef CONFIG_PREEMPT_RT with
CONFIG_PREEMPT_RT_FULL, and test the kernel version in wrappers.h to
define CONFIG_PREEMPT_RT_FULL if CONFIG_PREEMPT_RT is dedined for
old kernels.
