Folks: As the subject says, this is OFFTOPIC and should not have been
posted here in the first place (unless they're planning to use Xerces as
part of their system... and even then, discussion whch doesn't focus on
that issue is probably not appropriate for this mailing list).
There must be a more appropriate place to discuss it -- a
distributed-computing newsgroup or something of that sort. Please take it
there.
