Here is the count:
4 +1s for 1.5.1, and 3 +1s for 1.6.
If we can name the dll as libxerces-c1_5_1.so, then we have 3 more +1s for
1.5.1.
I suggested libxerces-c1_5.so, just tried to be lazy by saving some work.
But if people prefer libxerces-c1_5_1.so, then it's ok. And for future
releases, we may want to add a zero e.g. libxerces-c1_6_0.so to retain 3
digits convention .....
Anyway I will go for 1.5.1, and name the dll to libxerces-c1_5_1.
The build should be ready early next week, or the latest end of next week.
