I believe a 390 version is available at
https://www-1.ibm.com/servers/eserver/zseries/software/xml/
(it is shipped as the XML Toolkit for z/OS and OS/390).

I have a version of the Xerces XML parser for C++ running on my Windows
2000 PC. Now I need to port to an IBM OS/390 V2R10 platform. I have
looked on the Apache Xerces-c site and on IBM's Alphaworks. I now have the
impression that there is no version of this that I can compile on my
mainframe. Is that correct?
If there is no OS/390 version, is that because there is no interest or
because it is very hard to do?
If there is an OS/390 version, can you please point me to the download and
build instructions?
Thanks,
Sherry Bentz
