RE: Xerces C++ 1.1.0 and XML4C 3.1.0 is now available!!

Hi,

The 3_1_0 release introduces a dependency on libicudata.sl, which is
not shipped on the HPUX and Solaris distributions (I haven't checked
NT).

Any ideas on where this file is?
