Confirming that the both xml4c3_1_0-HP10CC.tar.gz and xml4c3_1_0-HP11aCC.tar.gz contain libicudata.sl. Under Solaris the filename is libicudata.so. Which archive did you download where this file is missing? The Xerces-C 1.1.0 binaries do not use ICU and hence all ICU related files are correctly missing from the Xerces-C binary drops. Also, the source archives too do not ship with any binary files. rahul
