RE: Microsoft C++ project files missing from 1.1.0

This is because the line termination characters on the *.dsp files were
translated somewhere along the line from the typical CRLF pair to the single
character Un*x default.  If you have some editor/filter which can change
them back (I used my editor), then all is as it was.

                opened it and built the samples, dll, and lib.
