Thanks! The only thing I'd change is to not create a new Boolean
object to return a feature because you can always use the TRUE
and FALSE constants on the Boolean class. Other than that, it
would be great to actually have the isIgnoringComments and
isCoalescing features implemented in the DOMParser.
