Hi Neeraj,
I've just created a directory for the datatype redesign. I've named it
new-datatypes and placed all the code you sent to the list today there.
I should note that, although I did change the package names, it doesn't
compile; so you might want to think about remedying that as a first step.
Nor have I looked in any detail at the code; I'm not an expert on this part
of Xerces. :-)
Anyway, hopefully this will make collaborating on the new datatype design
easier.

I agree with suggestion of Gopal that we can put this
code in
different package until we are ready with code of simpleType redesign and
